Returns and exchanges

We do not offer returns and exchanges, however each case is unique so if you are unhappy with your item, send an email to help@papierandstring.com  and we can discuss it further.   

Any return shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@papierandstring.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
